2025 Holiday Schedule – Mid Atlantic Region
All regular, full-time employees not covered by a Collective Bargaining Agreement are eligible to receive holiday pay for the holidays listed below. Part Time, Temporary and Casual employees are not eligible for Holiday Pay.

*The Floating Holiday can be used at any time throughout the calendar year. The Floating Holiday must be scheduled in advance with as much notice as possible, but no less than 2 weeks in advance.
**The Employee Birthday Holiday must be taken within one week of the employee’s birthday and must be scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance.
